A Day in the Role:

• Management of a team of 10+ Patient Access Reps
• Manage patient experience and overall patient visits
• Reporting on clinic visits and insurance details
• Must be able to work onsite in DC on the 3-11:30PM shift, including weekends and holidays

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a clinic setting with supervisor duties
• Bachelor's Degree

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 per year. Benefits include healthcare, 401K, PTO, vacation, and holidays.

Workplace Type:

This is a fully onsite position in Washington, DC.
