Conifer Health Solutions in Jasper, AL seeks a supervisor to guide Patient Access staff, mentor new hires, and oversee daily work and reporting.
You will manage registration processes, handle escalated issues, enforce policies, and lead the team toward operational goals.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (college degree preferred), 4+ years in healthcare, and 2+ years in a supervisory role. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
Responsible for providing guidance and mentoring the new and/or existing staff with daily work effort and proper handling of accounts.

This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws.
