Job summary

You will contribute to patient satisfaction by representing LCMC Health professionally and ensuring accurate admissions workflows, working with clinicians and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of work experience.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests in a courteous manner and initiate scheduling or check-in.
• Obtain and verify accurate identification and demographics for the medical record.
• Handle in-person, phone, and web registrations while maintaining confidentiality.
• Represent the health system professionally to improve patient satisfaction and support multiple functions.
