Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of patient access experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to verify insurance and explain options.

Responsibilities

• Admit and schedule patients according to guidelines.
• Conduct insurance verifications and provide financial counseling.
• Adhere to Service Excellence standards and handle inquiries.
• Coordinate scheduling for appointments and referrals.
• Assist with release of information and HIM tasks as needed.
• Educate patients on kiosks and navigate multiple systems.
