Qualifications

• Schedules and registers patients and assigns appropriate length of visit per physician request.
• Verifies demographic, insurance and case-specific information with patients.
• Pre-registers patients when needed and collects needed employment and emergency contact information.

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments and follow-up visits, aligning with physician requests.
• Guides patients on what to bring, where to go and time of appointment.
• Registers patients for care and related services including labs and outpatient visits.
• Verifies government and commercial insurance eligibility and forwards balances to Accounting.
