Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and reschedule appointments, pre-certify and pre-register patients.
• Engage with patients to communicate preparation steps for tests and procedures.
• Provide patient-facing financial information, estimates, and arrangements.
• Assist in denial management by identifying trends and reducing errors at the front end.
• Collaborate with departments and external stakeholders to ensure accurate data entry and timely collections.
• Prepare monthly error and collection reports as requested.
