Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or related clerical accounting/finance/retail/customer service is required; 3 years preferred.
• Experience in a clinical role or related clerical finance tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient access to determine patient financial responsibility and options.
• Process patient payments and secure consent/acknowledgement forms.
