Saint Francis Health System seeks a part-time Revenue Cycle Patient Access Representative I to support patient registrations and admissions across campus locations in Tulsa. You will verify demographic and insurance information and explain financial responsibility to patients while delivering exceptional service.

You will collaborate with clinical and service teams, manage registration workflows, and help patients navigate financial programs when needed.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years customer service or 1 year health insurance-related experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and general office equipment.
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment and prioritize tasks.

Mansioni

Registers patients for scheduled and unscheduled services across hospital-based areas.
Collects or verifies demographic and insurance information with accuracy.
Verifies insurance coverage and represents information correctly on accounts.
Prepares registration paperwork and maintains knowledge of systems and procedures.
Acts as primary liaison between patient and facility, providing information and support.
Explains patient financial liability and directs patients to financial assistance if needed.
Assists with wayfinding and supports volunteers for patient needs.
Manages workqueues and ensures timely resolution of registrations.
