Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs patient intake and Master Patient Index inquiries with accuracy.
• Verifies benefits and determines patient financial responsibility at point of service.
• Collects co-payments/coinsurance/deductibles and issues receipts.
• Accurately scans and documents IDs, insurance cards, and eligibility responses.
• Maintains proficiency with registration systems and CPT/ICD-10 codes.
• Coordinates pre-certification/pre-authorization and documents requirements.
• Provides exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff.
• Meets departmental quality, collections, and registration time goals.
