Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration across access points with accurate demographic info and insurance verification.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documentation for registration, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Communicate financial responsibility and collect payments when appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments to support access to care.
• Identify and resolve routine discrepancies; escalate complex issues per procedures.
• Provide patient-facing support via phone and other approved channels.
