Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative in Naperville, IL to handle pre-registrations, registrations, and patient data across in-patient, out-patient, ER, and same-day surgery settings. You will collect demographic/insurance data, verify eligibility, and ensure accurate charge capture while guiding patients through payment options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in business/healthcare preferred.
• Driver's license required if off-site duties are possible.
• 1–2 years healthcare registration/credit collection or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-patient, out-patient, ER, immediate care and same-day surgery pre-registrations and registrations.
• Collect and verify demographic, insurance and clinical data; obtain necessary signatures.
• Screen for third-party eligibility and code medical necessity for payment.
• Assist patients and families to understand revenue cycle and payment options.
