Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Part-Time Patient Access Representative. The role handles pre-registrations, registrations and cash collection for in-patient, out-patient, ER and same-day surgery patients.

The position requires accurate data capture and customer-focused service at a small 20-hour weekly schedule. Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED; an Associate degree in business or healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; an Associate degree in business or healthcare is preferred.
• 1–2 years of registration, scheduling, patient accounts, cash collections or customer service experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-patient, out-patient, ER, urgent care and same-day surgery pre-registrations, registrations, order management, and cash collection following policy. Collects and verifies demographic, insurance/financial and clinical data from multiple sources.
