• Provides patient-focused customer service and supports multiple clinic/hospital services.
• Familiar with insurance verification, referrals, pre-authorizations and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and register patients into software systems with accurate data.
• Verify referrals and pre-authorizations for services.
• Collect patient payments and manage daily cash.
• Assist patients with inquiries and intake while maintaining confidentiality.
• Perform general administrative tasks and support workflow improvements.
