Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to improve processes.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCR certification must be obtained within 9 months of hire (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs and perform medical necessity/compliance checks.
• Collect insurance information and process physician orders.
• Provide excellent customer service with compassionate interactions.
• Handle point-of-service collections and audits to support POS goals.
• Pre-register patient accounts prior to visits and obtain demographics and insurance data.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Review eligibility and enter benefit data to support billing and POS.
• Screen medical necessity using ABN software and communicate Medicare non-payment risks.
