  • Gather medical records and manage intake documentation.
  • Answer and direct calls, take messages, and manage consult requests.
  • Maintain and organize medical records and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with care team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Associate degree
1–2 years of medical office experience
EMR experience
