Invision Sally Jobe in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Part Time Patient Service Representative to support patient access and registration. Responsibilities include verifying insurance, collecting signatures, guiding patients through questionnaires, answering phones, and entering accurate demographic and insurance data to support revenue cycle processes.

Qualificações

• Ability to work in a production driven environment.
• Must be able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs full registration and ensures insurance is verified and patient information is correct.
• Obtains signatures for release of information, consent forms, and financial responsibility paperwork.
• Instructs patients to complete required questionnaires.
• Answers telephone calls and transfers as needed.
• Maintains accurate demographic and insurance data to support revenue cycle.
• Explains insurance benefits and patient liability clearly.
• Builds patient relationships and delivers customer service.
• Greets patients with a welcoming demeanor and professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned.
