• Collects patient liability, establishes payment arrangements and discusses options.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits and completes required notifications.
• Posts payments and generates patient receipts.
• Monitors and resolves patient account issues on assigned reports.
• Communicates professionally with physicians, staff, insurers, and patients.
• Adheres to policies, budget, time management, and quality of service.
