• Greet and register patients, explain forms, and secure hospital and patient legal documents at the point of service.
• Educate patients about financial liabilities and perform compliant collection activities pre-, during and post-service.
• Verify insurance, benefits and eligibility; obtain authorizations and assist with post-discharge coordination.
