Responsibilities

• Enter demographics and insurance details into the EMR with accuracy.
• Verify insurances and explain coverage to patients.
• Coordinate referrals with physicians' offices.
• Escalate issues to Referral Nurse Team when needed.
• Document communications and route to appropriate departments.
• Assist with gathering medical records for appointments.
