• Collects payments and enters charges in the system.
• Registers new patients and verifies addresses, phones, and insurance details.
• Answers calls, screens messages, and relays information to the team.
• Maintains neat front office and reception areas and supports problem solving.
• Participates in staff meetings and team-oriented patient care.
