Collaborate with clinical and billing teams to ensure correct documentation and reimbursement, and deliver a positive patient financial experience

Qualificações

• Prior patient access or medical front office experience.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Comfort working in EHR and revenue cycle systems.
• Ability to resolve issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
