The role involves desk and bedside registration, pre-registration, and cross-training across Patient Access locations, ensuring accurate demographics, insurance information, and co-pay collection. The candidate will handle cash drawers, patient identifications, and documentation in charts, while maintaining EPIC

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in the Patient Access Template within EPIC.
• Completed CPI Training or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Admitting/Checking patients on Emergency and CPEP boards.
• Documenting accounts and following up as needed.
• Maintaining cash handling and petty cash procedures.
• Scheduling imaging and newborn tests.
• Cross-training across Patient Access locations.
• Maintaining HIPAA compliance and policy knowledge.
