Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum one year healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience with medical billing and EHR systems preferred.
• Ability to communicate in ASL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow from check-in to check-out and ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Be the first impression for patients, providers and customers and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Maintain patient records for financial, clinical and regulatory purposes.
