Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in healthcare front office preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills with Google Suite.
• Previous insurance billing experience preferred.
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to communicate in American Sign Language (ASL) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow from check-in to check-out to ensure a smooth visit.
• Verify and maintain accurate patient records for billing, clinical and regulatory purposes.
• Provide a welcoming, positive first impression to patients and providers.
