Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year healthcare/front office experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills with Google Suite.
• Insurance billing experience preferred.
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to communicate in American Sign Language (ASL) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow from check-in to check-out to ensure a smooth experience.
• Verify and complete patient information for accurate records and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the first impression for patients, providers, and staff and support financial and clinical processes.
