Job summary

LifePoint Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, NC is hiring a Patient Access Representative (PRN). You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, providing fast, compassionate registration and check-in across multiple systems. You will answer phones, collect accurate demographics, verify insurance, collect co-pays and provide cost estimates, while supporting smooth patient flow with nurses and care teams.

A High School Diploma or GED is required. Experience in customer service is a plus.
