Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration across access points with accurate demographics, insurance, and documentation.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documentation to support workflows.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments when appropriate.
• Schedule and revise patient appointments to ensure timely access.
• Identify and elevate discrepancies and resolve routine issues.
• Provide patient-facing support via phone and other channels.
