Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify demographics and input into the EHR accurately.
• Assist with inpatient, observation, emergency, obstetrics, surgery, imaging coverage.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Explain financial liability and assist with payment options.
• Provide patient services and may assist with deposits and daily reconciliations.
• Maintain compliant documentation and support patient flow.
