Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to collect registration information (name, gender, DOB) accurately.
• Enter insurance and demographic data into the system; ensure no duplicate medical records.
• Explain patient financial responsibilities and collect copayments or deposits as needed.
• Identify patient liabilities and advise on payment options and waivers where applicable.
• Coordinate with clinical and revenue cycle teams to ensure smooth patient access workflow.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information at all times.
