Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-registration of patient accounts, obtaining demographic and insurance information and explaining payment responsibilities.
• Operate the patient communications workflow and assist with patient education documents.
• Assist with insurance verification and verification of benefit data to support billing processes.
• Provide courteous, accurate information and support to patients and families by phone and in person.
