You will navigate NextGen and multiple systems to schedule appointments, collect demographics, and resolve patient questions with empathy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from new and existing patients.
• Obtain patient demographics and insurance information.
• Document medical history and prior injuries.
• Schedule appointments through NextGen and coordinate with physicians.
• Reschedule and handle cancellations.
• Respond to time-sensitive emails and deescalate conflicts.
• Support other TOA roles and clinics as needed.
