Job summary

Women’s Care is seeking a Patient Access Representative to be the first face and voice of the practice. This role handles patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and billing inquiries while maintaining a patient‑centered experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, organizational skills, and proficiency with EMR systems, including eCW, to support timely and accurate patient encounters.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service experience and a positive patient experience at every encounter.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume medical office environment.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn EMR systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Handle registration, scheduling, and billing-related inquiries.
• Respond to phone calls and emails promptly while upholding HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-ups as needed.
