Women’s Care is seeking a Patient Access Representative to be the first face and voice of the practice. You will collect registration details, confirm demographics, and ensure accurate scheduling and billing encounters, contributing to an extraordinary patient experience.

This role requires high school completion, exceptional customer service, and strong communication and organizational skills to support patients through checkout and follow-up appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional customer service experience and a true desire to help others while providing a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors courteously.
• Confirm patient demographics and update profiles.
• Collect payments and assist with billing while meeting time-of-service targets.
• Scan insurance cards and IDs into the EMR (HIPAA compliant).
• Set up payment plans for financially unable patients.
• Answer high-volume calls and emails promptly while upholding values.
