Job summary

Women’s Care in the United States is seeking a Patient Access Representative to be the first face and voice of the practice. You will greet patients, collect demographics, verify insurance, and set up appointments while upholding HIPAA rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with exceptional customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Experience in medical office or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographics; collect information for registration.
• Collect payments and assist with billing while meeting cash goals.
• Scan insurance and ID into EMR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments; check out in eCW.
• Answer high-volume calls and respond to emails, maintain lobby ambiance.
