Qualifications

• Registration and patient registration processes experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete registration and check-in.
• Verify insurance coverage and required documents.
• Collect signatures and ensure records are complete and accurate.
• Assist patients with financial assistance resources and applications.
• Support appointments, walk-ins, labs, imaging, and other outpatient services.
• Respond to departmental communications and system changes.
• Collaborate with teammates and departments to move patients efficiently.
• Float across multiple outpatient registration areas as needed.
