The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus in Topeka, KS is seeking a day-shift, full-time Therapy Mulvane Patient Access Representative to deliver friendly patient registration and ensure smooth flow of care.

Responsibilities include accurate patient registration, policy communication, and adherence to regulatory standards, under supervision of the clinic manager or designee.

Formación

• High School/GED.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides a patient-friendly and pleasant registration process to ensure patient and family needs are met promptly.
• Registers patients accurately, communicates policies and financial responsibilities per clinic procedures.
• Ensures compliance with JCAHO and other regulatory agencies.
• Under supervision of clinic manager/supervisor or designee.
