Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare is seeking a patient registration professional to ensure accurate and timely registrations at the Fergus Falls Clinic. You will verify eligibility, collect cash where applicable, and maintain HIPAA privacy compliance while reporting progress to supervisors.

This role supports CMS rules and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and computer proficiency to navigate registration systems.

The purpose of this position is to facilitate complete patient registrations in a timely and quality manner and report the status of work in progress. Ensure compliance with CMS rules and regulations, legal document signatures and HIPAA privacy and confidentiality. Verify patient eligibility for services and cash collections.Hours/Shifts80 hours biweekly, shifts Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm in the Fergus Falls Clinic.CompensationHourly Wage Range: $18.73 - $23.90.
