This role supports CMS rules and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and computer proficiency to navigate registration systems.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication and listening skills.
• Knowledge of basic insurance policies, procedures, and reimbursement practices.
• Adequate computer/keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate complete patient registrations in a timely and quality manner.
• Report the status of work in progress.
• Ensure compliance with CMS rules and HIPAA privacy and confidentiality.
• Verify patient eligibility for services and cash collections.
