Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Call Center Representative to join a fast-paced patient access team in Fort Worth, TX. You will listen, ask questions, and guide callers to schedule appointments, documenting details in our CRM and scheduling systems.

Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. The role offers full-time with part-time after training, a starting wage of $16.50/hour with potential to grow to $19.50/hour within six months, and a bilingual differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to ask thoughtful questions and guide conversations.
• Comfortable learning new software tools and CRM systems.
• Motivated by clear goals and coaching feedback.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from prospective and existing patients.
• Build trust through active listening and thoughtful questioning.
• Schedule appointments and guide callers to the right next steps.
• Document conversations and patient information in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Participate in coaching to improve communication and patient engagement.
