Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers in Las Colinas, TX is seeking a Call Center Representative – Customer Support to join a high-volume inbound call center. You’ll handle inquiries, guide customers through next steps, and maintain professional, solutions-focused communication. The role offers paid training and flexible scheduling after training.

Starting at $16.50/hour with growth to $19.50/hour within 6 months, plus a $1 bilingual differential. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a customer service or call center preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Follow scripts and workflows while talking with customers.
• Guide callers with professional, solutions-focused communication.
• Enter customer data accurately into the CRM.
• Resolve questions and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
