Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect required information.
• Explain hospital procedures and patient rights and obtain consent forms.
• Verify insurance, benefits, coverage and eligibility.
• Obtain authorizations for scheduled and unscheduled hospital services.
• Lead shift Patient Access operations and collaborate with department leaders.
