St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a Patient Access Specialist 2 to support registrations, scheduling, referrals, and benefits verification across multiple Magic Valley sites.
This float role offers exposure to diverse clinics and services with a focus on accurate data and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, authorizations, quotes on coverage, and utilizing multiple software tools to streamline workflows.
The Patient Access Specialist 2 is responsible for responding to patient, provider, and department/service area needs with a high emphasis on customer service and accuracy. This includes, but is not limited to, registration, complex scheduling, referral coordination, benefit verification, preauthorization, order transcription and general inquiries from patients, providers and the general public.
This is a float position that will rotate between various St. Luke's locations in the Magic Valley. This provides a great opportunity to learn various skills and experience in various settings!
