Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform full patient registration and verify insurance.
• Obtain copies of insurance cards and IDs.
• Explain consent for treatment, financial liability, and HIPAA; obtain signed forms.
• Schedule, cancel, and edit appointments; record no-shows.
• Explain and collect patient financial responsibilities to reduce AR.
• Answer calls and triage inquiries; transfer when needed.
• Navigate patient flow to ensure timely check-in/out.
