Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is the capacity to work autonomously in a cooperative environment. Candidates are required to complete CME compliance training, obtain BLS certification within six months of hire, and uphold strict patient privacy standards in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
