Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors and provides forms for completion.
• Registers patients, schedules appointments and answers phones professionally.
• Cross-trains to other areas and may float to offices within coverage group.
• Manages paperwork, faxes, portal messages and referrals per office procedures.
• Collects copays and balances and maintains accurate registration in the EMR.
