• Explains forms to patients and ensures signatures as needed.
• Ensures medical necessity compliance by gathering data and coordinating with patients and staff.
• Collects patient liability, discusses payment options and sets up payment arrangements.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits and completes required notifications.
