Job summary

IU Health is seeking team members for roles focused on patient flow, data collection, and scheduling at Arnett Hospital MOB in Indiana. Responsibilities include generating accurate patient records for reimbursement and outcomes, explaining charges and policies, and handling incoming calls with professionalism.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, healthcare exposure, and proficiency in MS Office. The schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends, in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient flow from entry to destination in a timely, professional manner.
• Collects and generates accurate financial and demographic records for patients to ensure reimbursement and outcomes.
• Schedules appointments, interviews patients, explains charges and policies, and processes charges in systems.
• Answers incoming calls and directs patients and visitors appropriately.
