Responsibilities

• Greet all patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Collect and verify patient demographics and update profiles.
• Collect payments and assist with billing concerns.
• Scan insurance information into the EMR system with HIPAA compliance.
• Schedule or reschedule appointments and confirm next-day visits.
• Ensure lobby stays tidy and inform patients of provider delays as needed.
• Assist patients with online registration or form completion.
