Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• Typing and computer skills essential.
• Familiarity with dental/medical terminology and billing procedures.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones in a courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments and collect necessary information from patients.
• Post procedures and collect fees as part of the front desk duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
