Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments by phone or in person.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Verify insurance eligibility and manage referrals where needed.
• Support EMR documentation and chart management.
• Collect and validate patient demographics and payments.
